Researched the full ecosystem of tools used by auditors and tax professionals across a large firm, a mix of legacy systems and disconnected internal tools. Redesigned several existing tools, built others from scratch, and unified the entire workflow into one platform.

Redesigned a medical app for two very different users: opioid dose logging for patients, prescription management for doctors. One visual language, two interfaces.
Solo-designed a two-sided neobank for Kenya: a consumer mobile app for payments and local commerce, plus a web interface for merchants to manage orders and payments.

Same brief to Claude, Lovable, and me: an audit dashboard for a CFO. The AI tools built a thorough audit tool. They missed that the user was an executive, not an analyst.
I design complex enterprise products: audit tools, dashboards, healthcare flows. The kind of software where clarity isn't optional because someone is staring at it for six hours straight. Eight years in, most of my work doesn't make it to Dribbble. Systems people open at 8am and close at 6pm.
